BodyClarityHub is a personal wellness tracking platform that helps you log and visualize body composition, nutrition, movement, sleep, and optional biomarkers, and provides AI-assisted insights based on the data you enter. The Service is provided for personal, educational, and informational purposes only.

Some features are available on a free plan, while others require a paid subscription. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and we will provide reasonable notice for material changes that affect paying subscribers.

User Accounts

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BodyClarityHub and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100) if you have not made any purchase.
